...Despite its apparent relaxing qualities, yoga has never really appealed to me. Twisting my body into unnatural shapes and then trying to stay still is not my idea of relaxation. I come out of yoga classes feeling disgruntled with my inflexibility and with several aches and pains! Needless to say, I have long since given up on perfecting the art of yoga and have instead settled for sporadic trips to the gym and the occasional home workout video.
However while Yoga classes in a community hall may not do much to attract me to the pastime, a yoga retreat in Italy may go some way to convincing me.more

Many diabetic students may not be aware of the potential decrease in their blood glucose levels. Educate them of this possibility and devote extra attention to their progress. Additionally, it is recommended that glucose tablets be kept on hand in case of a sudden drop in blood sugar.
